- You are capable of carrying out your sponsor duties and evidencing your compliance in an appropriate timeframe and manner;
- You can offer genuine employment that meets the appropriate skill level and appropriate rates of pay.

Duration of the license:
Once a sponsor licence is granted by the Home Office, the licence will allow employers to recruit skilled workers for four years at any one time
Government Fee:
- Application fee = £536- £1476
- Immigration Skill Charge – £364-1000 per year
How long it takes:
- Most applications are dealt with in less than 8 weeks.
- You may be able to pay an extra £500 to get a decision within 10 working days. This service is limited to a small number of applications every working day.
