We are looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).
  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer issues, concerns, or complaints.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
  • Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer service platforms.
